From Exposition, select View exhibitor information, open an exposition, double-click an exhibitor, click More, select Service Contractors, and click Add/Delete
Company
Displays the name of the exhibiting company.
Exposition
Displays the name of the selected exposition.
Service Contractors for Exposition
Lists exposition service contractors available to exhibiting companies. This list is generated from the exposition's Service Contractor Maintenance window.
Current Service Contractors
Displays the contractors currently assigned to the exhibitor for the exposition.
Add button
Click to add a contractor to the list of Current Service Contractors for an exhibiting company.
Delete button
Click to delete a contractor from the list of Current Service Contractors for an exhibiting company.
Srvc Contr Maint button
Opens the Service Contractor Maintenance window used for defining service contractors. See Managing Service Contractors for more.
To add a service contractor
1. Open the Current Service Contractors window:
□ From
Exposition, select View
exhibitor information to open the
View
exhibitor information window.
□ Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
□ Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
□ Click More, and select Service Contractors.
2. Click Add/Delete to open the Service Contractor Find window.
3. Select a contractor from the Service Contractors for Exposition list, and click Add to move the contractor to the list of Current Service Contractors.
4. Click Save, and return to the Current Service Contractors window.
5. Select a contractor from the list of Current Service Contractors, and enter all applicable information for the contractor.
6. Click Save.
To delete a service contractor
1. Open the Current Service Contractors window:
□ From
Exposition, select View
exhibitor information to open the
View
exhibitor information window.
□ Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
□ Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
□ Click More, and select Service Contractors.
2. Click Add/Delete to open the Service Contractor Find window.
3. Select a contractor from the list of Current Service Contractors, and click Delete to move the contractor to the Service Contractors for Exposition list. A message prompts you to verify deleting the contractor.
4. Click Yes.
5. Click Save.
